In addition to oral and written agreements, use of any images by you as the Client will constitute acceptance of all the below terms and conditions.

GIVEAWAY AND COMPETITION TERMS

• Offers may not be combined with gift certificates or other promotions.

• Giveaway/contest winners who previously had a complimentary session and claimed their print (but made no purchase) may not qualify for future giveaways or model calls.

• Past clients may enter but priority is given to new or prospective clients.

• Entrants must be over 18 and complete all booking documents to qualify.

• For collaborations, your contact information may be shared with partner businesses.

Deposit for Complimentary Sessions: A $100 refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied as product credit. No-shows, incomplete paperwork, or cancellations within 5 business days will forfeit the deposit.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Copyright All copyrights remain the sole property of Olive & Fable Pet Photography, LLC. Clients may not reproduce, print, or edit images without permission. Sharing on social media is permitted with credit.

Images may be used by Olive & Fable for marketing, social media, print, or competition use.

Clients purchase a personal-use license only. No commercial use is permitted unless specified by written agreement. The license becomes active once full payment is received.

Metadata must not be removed or altered.

Image Use and Model Release You grant Olive & Fable Pet Photography and assigns permission to use images in all media formats for marketing, portfolio, awards, editorial, and promotional purposes.

Property Release As owner or representative of the pets or property in the images, you grant Olive & Fable permission to use the images for promotional purposes. Images may be cropped, edited, or combined with other graphics. All rights belong to Olive & Fable.

Photography Session Terms A signed agreement is required prior to all sessions. Additional travel fees may apply and will be confirmed prior to booking.

All images are priced per Olive & Fable’s current product pricing. Sessions do not include any prints or digital files unless otherwise specified. Orders are placed at a scheduled appointment.

Images may not be altered or submitted for publication or competition without prior written consent. Credit must always be given.

Photographic Integrity You may not alter images in any way beyond standard printing adjustments (brightness, contrast, cropping) without written permission.

Liability You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olive & Fable Pet Photography and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or expenses resulting from misuse of images.

Unless explicitly provided, no model/property/trademark releases are included. It is your responsibility to obtain these if needed.

Olive & Fable's liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client under this agreement.
