Session Fee Terms and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies:
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, Session Fees or Booking Deposit are not refundable for no shows to sessions.
Cancellations for photo sessions more than five (5) business days from your appointment cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled at no cost, on one occasion only per session (additional reschedules incur a full session fee.) Cancellations within five (5) business days of your appointment cannot be refunded and a $100 rescheduling fee is required to reschedule a new appointment unless there is extenuating circumstances which must be discussed with us.
Please communicate with us if you foresee needing to make any changes to your appointment as soon as possible.
In order to treat all clients equally, these terms are not negotiable and will be enforced regardless of circumstances. All of these terms are also outlined in the contract which you have signed.
