If you haven't already, please check your email and ensure that you have completed the following documents to confirm your session:

Session Fee Terms and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies:
Because each session is reserved exclusively for you, Session Fees or Booking Deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows.
If you need to cancel more than five (5) business days before your session, your fee can’t be refunded, but you’re welcome to reschedule at no additional cost. Please note that any further reschedules will require a new full session fee.
Cancellations made within five (5) business days of your appointment are also non-refundable, and a $100 rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new date. If unexpected or extenuating circumstances arise, please reach out—we’re always willing to discuss options.
We simply ask that you communicate with us as soon as you think you may need to adjust your appointment. Early notice allows us to offer your original spot to another family and make sure you still get a date that works for you.
To ensure fairness to all of our clients, these policies are consistent for everyone and follow the terms outlined in the contract you’ve signed. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in keeping our schedule running smoothly.
